[VoIP] More of the usual Verizon lameness

No specific question at this time.  Just want to have the doc in 
anticipation of future needs and to peruse to see what's there.  I doubt 
Vz ahem.... "tech support" (probably neither) would want to spend a few 
hours telling me about it in lieu of my being able to browse it.  And I 
wouldn't find that productive either.
