I just found this service, which offers free PSTN service to your SIP or IAX
accounts at Free World Dialup.  You sign up for the service, give it your
FWD number, choose a Washington state PSTN area code and they email you the
full phone number which is then mapped to your FWD account.  Works pretty
well - audio is a tad fainter than with my StanaPhone portal, but what do
